Return Policy
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of our products (excluding the items below), you can return it for a full refund. With a few exceptions noted below, products can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Your account will be credited after we receive the merchandise. Shipping fees are not eligible for a refund unless the merchandise is damaged or a shipping error has occured. Some products may incur a nominal restocking fee of up to 10%.
Due to health code mattresses, bed frames, pillows, pillow covers and mattress covers are not returnable.
